I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hong Kong Auto for a car maintenance service, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. First and foremost, the staff at Hong Kong Auto were incredibly nice and welcoming. They greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Honesty, Integrity, and thorough are just a few words to describe the auto services received at Hong Kong Auto Service. At Hong Kong Auto Service the customer always comes first and that comes across every time I have had my car serviced. I will always bring my car here as I know it will be properly serviced.

I was in the middle of a two hour trip at 7am, and my engine was over heating on the highway. I had the good fortune to have this shop next to the exit I took. I was advised of the more serious issue, but was provided a temporary solution to at least get me to my destination. If I was local to this shop, I would happily make it my official mechanic. Service cost was fair. Lobby was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

I would like to share my personal, positive experience with Hong Kong Auto in Wilmette,IL. Yesterday, after eating at Yummy Buffet, in Chicago, I was backing out of my parking space and I hear a loud pop! I saw an aluminum can after backing out. As I was driving to Wilmette, I heard a clicking sound outside and my tire pressure light popped up. My intuition kicked in and told me that there could be a leak in one of my tires. As I was aproaching Lake Ave. I decided to pull into a school parking lot and when I got out, I saw that my rear driver side tire was nearly completely flat! I then realized how lucky I was to have driven from Chicago to Wilmette on the expressway and did not get stuck on the side of the freeway or experience a blowout! I decided to use my portable electric tire pump to temporarily inflate my deflated tire and calling around locally for repair shops. At first there was nothing local, but luckily Hong Kong auto was just down the street from the school. After inflating my tire to 25psi, I drove straight to Hong Kong Auto.Within no time, they pulled my car into the garage to examine the tire and to my shock, it was a side wall cut, that looked like a knife stab, therefore my tire was now unfixable and had to be replaced! Ben the owner and along with his team did not have spare tires so he had to special order my tire and Ben was able to find the exact model and Luis, a team member to pick it up. I commend Ben and his awesome team on making my life easier. Although Hong Kong Auto does not specialize in tire repair or replacements, they decided to help me with my unusable tire and went out of their way to find a resolution to my predicament. My bill could’ve been $500 or more including a toll truck fee, but it did not even cost me half of that! I was back on the road in no time and before leaving, I told Hong Kong auto that I will be leaving my review on Google. So this post gives me great honor and pleasure to recommend this Auto repair shop for their excellent customer service and over all service! Thanks Hong Kong Auto! You guys rock!!!!!

Ben and Sanny are truly awesome, and so is their staff. My family has been going to HKA for about 30 years now, and they are the most honest, ethical, and trustworthy auto mechanic shop we have ever worked with. They are so kind, thorough, and take the time to explain everything. They can also anticipate future work that will need to be done, so that we aren’t surprised. We tend to drive used cars (10-20+ years old) and can always count on them to address any maintenance issues or problems at a very competitive and reasonable price.
